nerfs:
- Fair smear size/hitbox size decreased
- Dair smear size/hitbox size decreased
- Emotion points required for level 1-3 increased, Level 1: 3 -> 4, Level 2 & 3: 5 -> 6
- Landing with Aerials out of Uspecial now puts Roland into pratland even if said Aerial connected
- Blizzard now gives opponents their walljump back

buffs:
+ Utilt, Uair, and Ustrong's sourspots that were previously not removed by Nspecial are now removed
+ The melee hits of Fspecial are now affected by Fervent Beats
+ Fspecial's windows of time to input special was universally increased by 1 frame (so you can input special earlier)
+ Dspecial is now affected by Fervent Beats
+ Powder of Life (upon activation) no longer puts Roland into Pratfall if he was previously in hitstun

nerfs:
- Dair startup increased, F8 -> F10
- Dair sourspot kb scaling decreased, .4 -> .3
- Fspecial's aerial vsp clamp has been increased (Roland falls a little bit more)
- Uspecial startup increased, F15 -> F17
- Uspecial travel distance slightly decreased
- Dspecial is no longer transcendent
- Increased hitpause/hitpause scaling on the following moves tippers:
Ftilt
Utilt
Dtilt
Dattack
Fair
Bair
Fstrong
- Scars percent chance to take no damage lowered, 10% -> 7.5%
- Shell soft armor decreased, 7 -> 6
- Strongs with Shell active will lose soft armor when being hit once

changes/fixes:
= Fspecial 1 angle lowered, 60 -> 55
= Nspecial boosted Fspecial 1 angle lowered, 65 -> 60
= Roland's weapons now disappear when he loses all stocks
