Ok, sorry if this update isn't as detalied as other updates, this was goingto be only a fix but it became so big and i worked on it a lot of time i don't remember what i did, the most interesting thing is an interaction with ludovico, so here is it

--- Mom's Knife: Melee attack will deal damage 4 times in a single hit, reduced attack damage (x0.75). NOTE: Player will keep tears and won't receive knife entity
--- Tough Love: Chace to increase melee attack damage to x3.2

--- Godhead: Spawn an aura over knife when swinging it
