1.4 - Removed the requirement for a minimum intellect skill level to research. It was pointless because you can still manually order anyone, with any skill level, to research. All the requirement did was add manual tedium to the game.

1.3 - Removed the "Have 200 grain" requirement for the research project. Compared to other research unlocks in the game it seemed inconsistent.
