修复了海军部署时候的区域显示问题，但是该问题涉及到了一部分地图光影和亮度问题，我从别的角度还原了一下，尽量做到与上个版本相接近

Fixed a bug about display issues during navy deployment, that problem seems related to map light&shadow and brightness, so i restored it from another perspective which make it close to old version.
