Adjusted the method of locating the text on screen such that aspect ratio or scale does not matter

use the command to turn on:
"axon" cutrsc ["RscBodycam","PLAIN",-1,false];
use the following to turn off:
"axon" cuttext ["","PLAIN"];
i might add to cba shortcut key later but i bet some enthusiastic modder might beat me to it.
