Church panic event in c10m3 is longer now.

Fixed Crash Course finale, had an error that skipped the entire finale.

Removed grenade launcher reload speed.
Fixed the chances of panic events not happening on Dead Air's 2nd and 3rd chapter (crane event, gascan event).
Last Stand now has a custom finale.

Mob/Horde spawn intervals are modified for all difficulties.
Easy - (60 - 120 Seconds)
Normal - (75 - 150 Seconds)
Advanced - (105 - 180 Seconds)
Expert - (165 - 270 Seconds)

Reduced max common limit to 70, mob limit to 60, mega mob/finale to 70 to reduce server lag.

Tweaked & fixed the Sacrifice finale, for some reason bile adds 150 zombies into the map, lagging the entire server.

Tweaked Dead Air's terminal onsluaght, also tweaked pre-escape delay for the campaign's finale too.

Removed 'addoninfo.txt' on my addon, somehow it completely broke the script, I have no idea why it did that.
