Updated ouput lowering algorthm, should be usable for subs with 10e10 evaluated max force.

Do note that original steering was hacked to maintain position with slow pumps (by forcing a greater acceleration at position near destination). It is also this hack in vanilla that make subs oscillate at X direction (high input when lower is needed).

Currently Y direction calibration is based on all wetrooms used as a single balast. If not so and you have slow pumps, do expect slow back and forth movement in Y direction.
