Restored function of 'MAG' opening reactor blast shield

Disabled cabin heater by default, as it was causing the power issues by overheating the radiators (This should make running out of power a non-issue)

Moved some internals around to clean up the logic a bit
Added interlocks to the rear landing gear. It should no longer be capable of blowing up a missile if it jams.
Added a little bit more armor in a few places
Moved some ammo drums further from the reloading area to protect them
Fixed some gaps in the physics flooding
Added welders to some parts of the rear landing gear
Water intake now only uses desalination for the reactor. Firefighting can now use salt water again
Filled in some areas that were allowing fire to hide from the suppression system (This does slightly reduce armor sadly, because of how the game works)
Increased gear ratio on turret pitch, to fix them being a little floppy
