-fixed an issue where the hitboxes would be invisible
-buffed fspecial, increased damaged and knockback by one
-Made charlie yell "AUGH!!" when he loses a stock
-increase ftilt/bair projectile lifetime by 2
-Increased dtilt hitbox and made it go forward
-increased ftstrong hspeed and hitbox width
-changed ustrong uspecial to shape 0
