Fixed small paint error on the float.

Added differential thrust at low speeds, it is now possible to motor around docks with just the arrow keys.
Added reverse thrust lockout, this will now allow the propellers to pitch negatively.

Retuned the wheel controller to compensate for extra weight of the gens, and fixed the drifting backwards while stationary issue

I put two infinity generators in the floats, it can now float indefinitely and will no longer sink after about 10 minuets.
