Fixed bug that was giving AI resistance to Nurgle Plague and should now be taking more damage as intended

Added weakness to Nurgle plague so should increase the damage AI takes from those similar to the other attrition damage

Removed Changing of The Ways cheats for AI and created a separate mod for those
