Second attemt at ficing the Katarina - Eight Peak Goblins situation xD Do let me know if it keeps happening. But do remember that if the name has changed before the update, it won't fix it sadly.

-New steam artwork.
-First attempt at fixing CTD issue.
-Katarin set region list change. Needs to own Erengrad, Praag and Kislev for first name change.
-Changed Cathay level 4 name to Celestial Dragon Empire.
-Changed the name Court of Arch TemptOr into Court of Arch TemptEr
-Changed the LoC level 4 name into Heralds of the World-Slayer.
