- fixed resistances from afflictions not being factored in on damage effect calculations

storage changes
- the medical container now caps stack size to 8. this overrides stack sizes that would otherwise be larger, like sutures.
- changed the max stack size of drainages to 4
- changed stack size of sutures to 32 in containers (including the surgery toolbox!), and 16 in the hotbar
- changed stack size of tourniquets to 16 in containers, and 4 in the hotbar
- changed stack size of needles to 4
- changed stack size of the following items to 32 in containers and 8 in the hotbar:
ringers solution, mannitol, azathioprine, thiamine, sodium nitroprusside, streptokinase, antibiotic ointment, antiseptic, all blood packs including empty ones, blank donor cards, alien blood, saline, bandages, plastiseal, opium, morphine, fentanyl, naloxone, broad spectrum antibiotics, adrenaline, liquid oxygenite, deusizine, antibiotic glue, meth, hyperzine, haloperidol, anaparalyzant, tonic liquid and nitroglycerin

- made breathing ineffective at combatting hypoxemia if not enough blood is in the veins
- lowered the strength of internal bleeding required for it to show on scanners
- lowered speed at which being drunk causes alcohol addiction
- beds now increase healing speed of concussions, chem and alcohol addiction and withdrawal
- fixed heart attacks not getting removed when extracting someones heart
- fixed people not having the blood pressure affliction
- fixed weird behavior with Neurotrauma compatibility code
