character renewal patch #1 of ???
changes are meant to give more combo potential especially at lower % and make air movement more enjoyable while keeping the weird weighty feeling

-completely new fair with more range because it was redundant with uair

-big nspecial rework: same as usual, but now you can cancel normals into it even if the opponent isnt chained: doing so will move you forwards insead of backwards (except for bair)
-you can now jump cancel nspecial near the end of the animation
-nspecial can cancel into any other special
TLDR you can normal -> nspecial -> jump
or normal -> nspecial -> special
make sure you try it out because it might be kinda broken (he needs it)

-added triple jump.
-air accel .3 -> .6
-air max speed 4 -> 4.5
-air friction .04 -> .07

-can now fast fall in pratfall after uspecial

-nair startup 8 -> 6, hitpause reduced, total animation time reduced as well.
-nair 2nd hit angle 75->70
-nair total damage 8->7

-ftilt startup 16 -> 13

-dair kbs .4 -> .2
