Increased idle spawn protection by ludicrous amounts, I don't care anymore. Stop complaining.

- Increased non-idle duration a bit

- Spawn protection is now always on,unless disabled. You should no longer need to set spawn prot to always to have full effects.
- Stopped overriding the playerspawner component, now uses a postinit and replaces the ShoudEnableSpawnProtection function. I'm not a terrible modder now!
