Better Spawn Protection

Description
Improves the spawn protection by applying it whenever you spawn, not just when from the portal, and no longer needs hostile things nearby to trigger.
Additionally increases duration of idle protection by 4x.

Thank you! How this isn't a feature or at least an option in the base game is beyond me.
No longer will I experience frustration of getting killed before my screen actually loads
