Dialogue Buddy support!!!
Load up a game with the dialogue buddy on Elijah, and get some neat lil comments!!!
Have Elijah play against, lets say, Jordan? Jacob DAB? PNG of Tommy? Extra lore for the true fans.


Slight balance updates:
- Bair does slightly less damage and slightly less knockback
- F Strong does more knockback
- D Strong does more knockback
- Ftilt, Electric Wind God Bible, no longer scales it's stun with the opponent's percent, however, it stuns for longer overall now.
