next: second part of vehicle parts. some citizen tech.
ill try to make some combine props.

second version: finished airboat props; added combine tech parts (helicopter, train, apc); some garbage props and fixes for LODs

next will add many old car props and i will try to make new combine themed props

first released version, next update will improve some LODs, add content for vehicle extension and new parts of vehicles (mostly combine tech).
