Added Stairs to underground, added sniper spots for bots and a cover to get from new stairs to back sandbag.

Added path from TSpawn to ladder, some bins to cover ramp, some tables in the empty room and a tower in Courtyard. Added Cubemaps, changed a bit the nav mesh and places names.
