-Fixed some autofill issues which were overstocking the sub with items

-the drone was too fast to properly control, so it has been made slower

-and finally some decoration changes

- after many failed attempts i have now added a pirate version of the Sigmyra MkX
it has a difficulty rating at 90 so unless you are doing missions you may not see it until later in the campaign!
