-noticed some waypoint issues with the new load weapon order for bots, hopefully there are no issues anymore

-noticed some idcard issues with the pirate version of the sub, its now fixed

-made the pirate version more dangerous by adding uex to all railgun shells

-and finally changed some decorations on the pirate version





-hopefully with the latest updates the submarine is Done, though I may find more issues with continued testing!
Fingers crossed thats not the case
