+DAir has bkb and endlag after the throw so it doesnt chain as easily (10 -> 18 endlag) (5 -> 7 knockback)
+Neutral B hitpause has been increased and knockback of star hit decreased. Notably, the star has much more hitpause, which helps for "stunning" the opponent for the explosion hit.

-The spikes first 2 hits, on each side, now just send upwards. The move is also faster during this part, to better link between hits.
-Also to better link between hits, the knockback is lower (6 -> 4), and the hitpause too (4 -> 6).
No more spinning around, if you're hit by a left spike, ur getting sent to the left, ok?
-Unchained Down Strong now has a back hitbox that sends, well, backwards.

NEUTRAL SPECIAL
-Has a hurtbox lol

Next patch will be to make NSpec and FSpec more usable since they kinda mid :)
