s-mine and tripwire now take into account dlib friends and wont activate on them

changed stun grenade to use calcview hook instead of env screenshake

added ENT:Touch() to rocket projectiles as fallback for NextBots that dont like physcollide
added new flamethrower entity
fixed s-mine issue with NextBots caused by disposition check
updated s-mine ally convar to display that it doesnt affect NextBots

forgot the sprite texture on SnD bomb
updated resupply to account for weps that use -1 for clipsize, and defaultclip instead
still broken on hl2 grenade and rpg for some reason, no clue why
