-Replaced dynamic hitbox with 2 moving hitboxes to better match the crumble animation

General:
-Air_max_speed: 6 -> 5.5
-Jump_speed: 12 -> 11.75

Uspecial:
-Tipper kbg: 1.1 -> 0.8
-Maximum uses: 4 -> 2
-Behaves the same way for recovery & juggling enemy (meter not reduced in hitstop)

Dspecial:
-Smaller ground hitbox & bigger increase on aerial fall distance

Balance + Quality of Life Patch
Balance Changes:
-Uspecial less damage + angle flipper to keep enemy inside
-Fspecial less soft armor + added projectile invulnerability
-Nspecial goes into pratfall

-Dstrong separate weaker aerial hitbox + grounded sends upwards
-Ustrong more endlag

-Aerials & tilts overall weaker through more startup + end/landlag
-Dattack more knockback & less hitpause
-Dair more reliable + forgiving timing + not applied multiple times in hitpause

Quality of Life Changes:
-Remade HUD icon without mixels
-Added HUD icon in level select
-Fixed taunt hurtbox
