- renamed Static_stone11 to Static_Prison_stone11 due 1.26 changes
- dont forget change that classname in existing json config

- added integration with PVEZ Reloaded (updated version of PVEZ)
- lawbreaker is automatically sent to Prison cell when enabled PVEZintegration in Prison.json config (0 - disabled, 1 - enabled)

- added definition of prison area using polygon
- you need recreate config by deleting old one (make backup)
- polygon is defined by points, example for Chernarus Prison island:

- prisoner can now open doors outside prison
- when escaped prisoner die, he is still returned to his cell

- now is possible send to prison offline player using /prisonsteamid command
- offiline prisoners are moved to queue folder, when they are joined are sent to their cell
- for releasing prisoner he must be online
