Bug Fixes with some reclaim cards

Fixed Bug with Sneko Eye costs not working with Reclaimed Cards, Charm changed to shuffle into your draw pile.

>Patch Notes:
REMOVED Card = Shadow Charge.
NEW (Rare) Relic = Leader Beans: The first power card you Dredge each combat is played instead.
NEW (Uncommon) Relic = Coffin Nail: Whenever and enemy dies recharge this. Right Click Dredge 3.
NEW (Uncommon) Card = Ominous Flask: Energy Cost 1, Apply 1 Random debuffs to an enemy. (Upgrade Apply 2 random debuffs to an enemy.)

<Balance Changes>

> Affliction base energy cost = 2. Upgrade energy cost = 1. Base damage changed from 7 > 10. Upgrade no longer increases damage.

> Drag Down now has Ethereal.

> Defile base damage changed from 8>7.

> Scrounge+ now adds 2 lost items to your hand when triggered, it no longer removes exhaust.

> Polishing+ lost items added to hand from 2>1.

> Primeval Light now adds 2 Void to your draw pile cards on use.

> Cruelty value 2>1 and upgrade value changed from +2>+1.

> Scrap Shield now adds 2 Junk to your deck instead of 1.

> Reflection Upgrade no longer changes its cost to 0. Upgrade adds 2 copies to your hand.

> Infernal Helix Upgrade damage/block changed from +2/+2 > +1/+1

> Fade base block changed 4>3

> Flashback rarity changed Uncommon > rare

> Deep Strike rarity changed to uncommon > cost changed to 2 > damage changed to 14 > Upgrade damage changed to +4

> The Claw now adds the Junk status card to your draw pile instead of discard and addiontally adds one at the start of combat.

> Clear base Dredge Value changed from 6>5

> Pursuit now has consume value changed from 1>2 Upgrade now changes consume from 2>1

> Ultimatum now Exhausts when played.

> Plan now costs 1 unless its the first card played on your turn.

<Other Changes>

> Reliquary now shows how much block you'll recieve.

> Fixed Bug with cascade gaining damage while held with Runic Pyramid

Updated some descriptions to be more clear.

Added artwork for all Lost Items.

Memory of the Depths no longer covers the end turn button.

Commission reworked Draw 1 card consume 1>2 draw 2 additional cards.

Flare reworked> NEW deals 4 base damage. Consume 2 (Upgrade Consume 1) Deal 10 extra damage.

Healing on Remove Soul changed from 6>4 upgrade healing changed from +4 >+3

Siphon base damage changed from 9 > 8 and upgrade changed from +5 > +4

Reave base damage changed from 8> 6 and upgrade changed from +4> +3

Unearth base damage changed from 5> 10. upgrade damage is unchanged.

Excavate base block changed from 16>15. Upgrade block unchanged.

Impale base consume cost changed from 5>6.

Ambush cost 0>1 damage changed from 14>16 upgrade damage changed from +5>+4

Iron Root will be temporarily disabled until I can fix it (The block buff goes away if you gain block from a relic or power instead of a card without giving you extra block)

HotFix 2: Reworked Reincarnate so it no longer adds cards above your maximum hand size and now caps at your max hand size (default 10). Fixed several bugs with Dusk Shroud. Removed Mystic insight added NEW card Boon of the Depths.
