Link rot should now be permanently fixed, as I've uploaded every object using this map to my cloud.

-the central bunkers are now no longer burning, instead they are now terrain that can be entered as if it were ruins
-updated terrain keywords and keyword appearance
-minor collider improvements for scatter terrain
-moved a couple of terrain pieces
