+ Option to let Gun Shield block missed shot (GUNSHIELD_BLOCK_MISSED_SHOT)
+ Charges and Cooldown for Smart Core of Chassis Mk.II

+ Improve running, turning and aiming animations.
+ Add new aim profile for the miniguns, Sparks now correctly turn their upperbody when aiming and shooting.

Fix a bug which disabled the mod's feature.
