- The polmav now has a working spotlight
- The polmav's AI now uses the spotlight and yells threats at the target. nice

- The Annihilator now uses all 4 guns instead of just 2 (This is only a visual change, it does not shoot faster or do more damage than before)
- The Annihilator's miniguns now rotate when it shoots
- All helis now have moving cabin joysticks
- Fixed police heli colors, now it's all colorable
