Fixed issue with Crusader Aura when the player has 0 holy. Grand Crusader now triggers at top of the list of actions so that all interactions occur as intended.

Divine Bulwark nerfed. Now always costs 1 but exhausts, upgrade gives a 2nd holy.

First wave of fixes uploaded.

-Consecration no longer scales with strength (OOPS) and now has its own icon
-Orbs trigger at end of turn as they should
-UI issues fixed (Capitalized keywords, proofreading cards, etc)
-Subtracted 1 Strike and 1 Defend from starter deck, this should implicitly improve experience in other areas as well
-TPKProductions here and a few others on the discord suggested capping the "Gain stat when gain holy" cards if you already have 5 holy, this has been changed to reflect that.
-Oath of Vigilance buff +2 block
-Wake of Ashes deals 18(25) damage
-Hammer of Justice cost from 2(1) -> 3(2)
-Eye for an Eye nerfed from 10(15) to 10(13)
-Retribution! 10(15) -> 14(19)
-Lay On Hands now upgrades to cost 2, but no longer gains additional healing on upgrade
