Changed the jail doors in each base. Map's now playable.

Fixed a nodraw ceiling, fixed something in the 3d skybox and changed cells door texture.

Added a lot more details, added a secondary jail room for POWs and added another indoor area.

Added 3d skybox, lights, rooftops, fog and fixed some lights and doors.

Updated doors, lights and added rooftops to some buildings.

Initial addon creation.
