General
- Added a small amout of additional hitpause to attacks across the board

Jab
- Buffed Jab to have no parry stun to bring it in line with Base Rivals
- Channge Ball launch angle to 45. It overlaped with Dtilt / Utilt.

Utilt
- Nerfed Start up by 1 frames.

Ftilt
- Adjusted angle from 40 -> 45.

Dtilt
- Buff Start up by 1 frame 9 -> 8
- Changed Angle from 95 -> 90
- Nerfed hitbox active frames 5 -> 3
- Nerfed endlag by 1 frame 9 -> 10

Ustrong
- Changed Animation Window logic so he is spinning the cane while charging the attack and added spin sound effect.
- Buff Start up from frame 22 -> 19
- Buff Endlag from 24 - 20 (whifflag 32 to 20)
- Removed Tipper from Ustrong
- Angle adjusted from 100 to 90.

Fstrong
- Nerfed Active Frames by 1, 5 -> 4
- Buffed scaling slightly .9 -> .95

Dstrong
- Removed Tipper Hitbox at base of foot because it felt inconsistent to hit due to being small.
- Normalized the front hitbox with the back hitbox so they both do the same knockback / damage.
- Hitboxes bkb 7 / 1.15 scaling
- Added logic to make the ball go in a consistent direction based on proximity to the person who hits it.

Dair
- Nerfed Endlag by 5 frames of additional end lag (5 -> 10 whiff 7 -> 15)
- Buff Landing lag by 2 frames 10 -> 8 (whiff 15 -> 12)
- Normalized all hitboxes to send at a consistent angle of 270 (Funny 70 angle hitbox is gone).
- Reduced active time of 2nd hitbox by 2 frames, 5 -> 3 frames
- Changed Ball Angle for consistent ball behavior between all hitboxes.

Fair
- Buffed Landlag from 8 -> 6 (Aerials had high land lang across the board that felt bad)
- Nerfed Sweetspot by adding .8 Hitstun Multipler similar to Maypul

Bair
- Nerfed Landing Lag from 5 -> 6 (Move is pretty active so it can benefit from a medium land lag)
- Bair now has a Sweetspot

Nspecial
- Start up Buffed from 9 frames to 5 frames
- Endlag nerfed by 1 frame 9 -> 10 frames
- Added additional Hitpause
- Lowered knockback scaling on opponents to make followups more consistent
- Added small 15 frame cooldown to prevent Nspecial -> Jump -> Nspecial -> Jump Chains

Uspecial
-Start up Buffed from 14 to 11 frames
-Start up Vspeed reduced from 2 to 1

Ball
- Ball now does not die because the opponent hits it. Ball counterplay thus favors candyman less and having ball out is more risky. In return, Candyman's bunting ability is uniquely good at stopping the ball.
- Forced consistent ball angles for moves hit by both Candyman and opponents to ensure the ball behavior is consistent.
- Changed Arm time on spawn from 40 frames to 20 frames so spawnning the ball doesn't slow the game down waiting for it to arm.
- Death Cooldown lowered from 240 -> 30 frames so you don't need to wait a long time to get back into it.
- Added parry stun when the ball is parried.

-Ball now ignores projectiles
-Ball now takes 4 hits to be destroyed by an opponent
-Bair reworked; now has a late hitting sourspot
-Bunt (nspecial) can now hit opponents
-Jab and FTilt swapped; move stats changed to fit this change
-Dair now has a late hit as it returns to the body
-Nair hitbox moved upwards (-50 to -54)
-Dtilt endlag reduced from ~12 to 9
-Dtilt base hitpause reduced, hitpause scaling increased
-Dtilt active time reduced from 5 to 3
-Ustrong startup reduced from 25 to 22
-Ustrong active time reduced from 6 to 3
-Ustrong endlag reduced from 31 to 24
-Dstrong startup decreased from 17 to 13
-Dstrong endlag "increased" from ~19 to 19 (a larger portion of the endlag now has whifflag)
-Dstrong active time reduced from 4 to 3
-Dstrong now has a back hitbox
-Uair startup reduced from 10 to 8
-Uair hitboxes reworked, now has a late hit, knockback on early hit changed from 3+0.8 to 9+0.3
-Uair endlag increased from 10 to 13
-Uair landing lag increased from 7 to 10
-Fair sweetspot base hitpause reduced, hitpause scaling increased from 14+0.8 to 11+1
-Fair endlag "increased" from ~15 to 15 (a larger portion of the endlag now has whifflag)
