Complete overhaul of the submarine to bring it into the future, corrected a major bug with its control console and improving overall functionality while adding a bucketload of QoL additions and other fun features!

Major credit to fellow shipwright Saevon for assistance in redesigning some systems of the isonoe. New ammo loading rack for the twinlinked coilgun, as well as minor cosmetic fixes due to tileset updates.
