Fixed map lighting, removed unused files to reduce file size.

Added new side area:
- Other side of Prison wall has a new jungley path. Previously it was just the skybox.
Note, the entire map now is surrounded by rocks/terrain/etc. and no parts of the base itself touch the borders. This should give it a bit more of a believable feel/more usefulness for things to do in the map.

Added numerous particle effects:
- Updated campfire particle (added scorch marks in rock ring)
- Fog to jungle exit
- Fire barrel in ambush corridor
- Bugs to multiple places (Tunnel, Prison, many lights)
- Fog to grate wall
- Water drops in first prison cell room
- Fog in prison dark room
- Water drops in prison dark room
- Smoke to area before dark building
- Fog in dark building
- Fog after dark building corridors
More Side areas/improved side areas:
- First courtyard drop down area has been expanded
- Second courtyard drop down area has been expanded
- Removed trando light after ambush corridor elbow
- More prison cells
- Alarm room before dark building
Increased brightness to jungle
Fixed vent to be breakable
Removed door damage
Added signal lights to landing pad area
Changed multiple textures for better Envmap look
Breakable wall in prison block
Admin room has been updated:
- Visually more appealing and fitting
- More features
- Trandoshan intercomm toggle (previously present)
- Reduce bloom option (I realize some people find it annoying, and using the command "ent_fire tonemap setbloomscale" is a bit too inconvenient)
