[Substitute Properties]
- Grounded Hitstop for opponents reduced from 100 to 60
- Aerial Hitstop for opponents reduce from 40 to 30
- Add Projectile Hitstop which does 30 (1/2 Seconds of hitstop)
- Reduced lifetime of Substitute from 420 to 90
- Landing no longer resets Substitute Timer

[Cloud Properties]
- Reduces Horizontal Speed on opponents while in Hitstun at a sightly lesser rate than while in other states. (Previously did not effect opponents in Hitstun at all)
- Moving above the cloud does not reduce horizontal speed and does not turn a run state into a walk state while above the cloud.
- Increased Falling speed of cloud when 1 character is on the cloud
- Increased Falling speed of cloud when 2 or more characters are on the cloud

[Wind Pillar Properties]
- Reduced Vertical Speed Acceleration from 0.7 to 0.6
- Increased Vertical Speed Max from 5 to 6
- Holding down while in the pillar won't accelerate Horizontal Speed quickly

[Rest Properties]
- Canceling into Attacks now properly start at the first window instead of the second window AKA the attacking window

[Dspecial]
- Increased move cooldown from 100 to 240

[Fair/Bair]
- Cooldown is applied on Fair and Bair when one of the attacks is used

[Dair]
- Cooldown is applied to Fair and Bair when Dair is used

[Nair]
- Adjusted Final Hit angle from 70 to 65

[Utilt]
- Added Extra Hitpause on Sweetspot Hitbox

[Ftilt]
- Increased Base Knockback from 7 to 8
- Increased Base Hitpause from 5 to 6
- Increased Hitpause Scaling from 0.6 to 0.8

[Fstrong]
- Hitting a physical hitbox on Snom with make the opponent fly through the icicles at higher percents based off knockback. For example on Zetterburn a fully charged Fstrong will make Zetturburn fly through the icicles at 69% percent or higher while a completely uncharged Fstrong will make Zetturburn fly through icicles at 100% or higher on average.

[General Changes]
- Fixed a spelling error on Dracula Boss Stage

[Visual Changes]
- Hitting a Substitute shows an indicator showing where Snom will teleport
- Opponents standing under the cloud will have a speed debuff icon
- Players inside the wind pillar will have a speed buff icon
