--BALANCE CHANGES--
(+) Jab now shoots a projectile, giving it significantly more range. It also has less ending lag (40 → 30). Throw has less ending lag (8 → 2) and has more extra hitpause (4 → 8)
(-) FTilt has less scaling (1.9 → 0.9).
(+) DTilt has less scaling (0.5 → 0.3), improving its combo ability at high percents.
(+) FStrong has less base knockback (8 → 2) but more scaling (1.05 → 2)
(+) UStrong no longer has an angle flipper, sends at a higher angle (110 → 105), and has more scaling (1.1 → 1.15)
(+) Now has a ZAir, which is activated by pressing the shield and attack button at the same time while airborne.
(+) Taunt has a small foot hitbox

--AESTHETIC CHANGES--
- Added a 9th costume: Gay (Rainbow) Luigi.

(-) NAir no longer has a x1.5 hitstun multiplier
(+) FAir hitbox is bigger horizontally (55 → 65)
(+) UAir has a higher angle (70 → 75) and does more damage (11 → 12) but has less BKB (5 → 4)
(+) Dash Attack has more scaling (0.8 → 0.9)
(+) UStrong does more damage (12 → 14)
(+) DStrong does more damage (14 → 15)
(+) Jab: Throw can no longer be SDI’d. Rivals hit by the throw will now properly take 4 frames of extra hitpause and be launched straight up.
(+) UTilt does more damage (5 → 6) but has less scaling (0.45 → 0.4)
(+) DTilt hitbox is bigger horizontally (40 → 50) and has a bigger x-offset (10 → 20)

--AESTHETIC CHANGES--
- Added CSS text, including build version and date and alt names

--AI CHANGES--
- AI is better at edgeguarding
