A visual overhaul for the buddy. The sprites are still mostly the old ones, but they've been edited to have the colors more consistent with the way I color Phoebe nowadays. The art in the preview image has also been edited to reflect this.

All of the sprites have also been made shorter, and the bottoms of her feet now are now blended with the ground as they should be.

A few minor tweaks as well, such as head placement in parts of the ledge animation and overall face tweaking in the front-facing frame in the turning animation.
