Added a HUD icon. Removed Model RNG. Added an additional skin for potential post-TLS map applications. Compressed some textures. Added reskin support just in case.

Reuploaded with the correct version. I think. There's a 60 byte difference, and it comes from my addons folder, and I have not encountered any issues so far.
