- Fixed Impenetrable Shields Modifying "Shield Recharge Time" vice "Time To Recharge After Depletion" which made shields charge slow vice taking longer to restore when broken (like the vanilla reinforcer upgrade).

- Fixed Impenetrable Shields variable being spelled wrong causing it to not work.
- Fixed Tooltips missing the Impenetrable Shields when permanently installed.
- Fixed miscellaneous spelling errors with the display text. (I'm sure there is more).
