Now there will be no war declaration notifications when the armies spawn so you dont have to see many of them per turn if many armies spawn. It was annoying me a bit that I was getting many notifications per turn. Also spawned armies will now declare war on the faction they spawn for without automatically calling for allies. This should solve a couple of issues, not least of all an automatic message asking you to join in the war with your allies that would happen every end turn if any of your allies got an invasion.

I agree that raising the chances a bit so the odds they spawn are ever present even if small is much funner, now level 2 buildings bring it to 3% and level 3 leave a 1% chance per region, which feels like its not a lot but do have in mind thats per region and not province.

Now Empire/Bretonnia/Kislev/Southern Realms can spawn either Wild Herds or Forest Goblins

Now the mod only kicks in after turn 5 to give the player a bit more breathing room at start of a campaign, and barracks also lower the chances of spawns like farms, to allow the player to have military options without sacrificing a slot to farms, something that was bothering me a bit in my campaign with it.
