Removed Chaos-less coffin

Added more hitpause to attacks in Chaos Mode

Voice sounds for Specials, Strongs, Taunt, Death, and Entering Chaos Mode

SFX for Entering Chaos Mode

New small ui for chaos meter

Chaos meter only lights up when full or in chaos mode

Jab, Ftilt, Dtilt, and Fair now has longer range and updated visuals to reflect changes to range

Jab, Utilt, and Fair adjusted Orphea's animation slightly

Dtilt sweetspot Width and Height changed to 10, and priority changed to be higher than sourspot

FSpecial cooldown on miss changed to 2 seconds (120 frames)

FSpecial cooldown on hit changed to 1 second (60 frames)

DSpecial is now on cooldown while the Dread Puddle is out (lasts 10 seconds or until Chomp comes out)

USpecial now moves Orphea horizontally for the entire duration of the move

Added respawn plaform

Coffin - Chaos mode sprite updated
Nair - Chaos drain decreased
Fair 2 - Chaos knockback and hitpause increased
Up air - Chaos knockback and hitpause increased
Bair - Chaos knockback and hitpause increased
Dair - Chaos knockback and hitpause increased.

Moves:
Fair 2 - knockback increased
Up air - knockback increased, landing lag increased, end lag increased

~~UPDATE~~ (Hotfix: fixed side b not hitting after dash cancel)

Chaos:
- Chaos meter is now increased by all moves but Specials build it up faster
- Chaos now drains as Orphea hits opponents while in Chaos Mode
- Chaos Mode duration increased from 15 > 20 seconds
- Chaos now buffs all moves (now manually changed instead of a set multiplier)

Moves:
- Side Special now has a big tipper hitbox
- Jab 3 now moves Orphea forward
- Ftilt now moves Orphea forward
- Dtilt increased hitbox size
- Moves with adjusted hitbox positions: Fair, Ftilt, Jab 3, Dtilt

Misc:
- Jumpsquat changed from 3 > 5 to match vanilla cast
- AI works, but pretty braindead
- Added missing eyebrow on CSS portrait
