-Readded Riptide alt, and rearranged the alts
-Added win quotes for the Riptide 2024 roster and a couple other characters (shoutouts to frtoud and reiga for the code)

You know the thing where immediately after a patch I find a minor oversight and do yet another patch to fix it? Yeah.

-Some number changes here and there, mainly on NSpecial and some magic charge moves
-Added Genesis alt back (slot 21)

-Charged BAir has slightly more extra hitpause
-Getting hit during NSpecial will deplete any magic Bluey has charged
-Horizontal DSpecial will no longer set Bluey in pratfall if started in midair, but it'll travel at a reduced distance and speed instead

taunt's offset was 2 pixels too low lol

-All animations have been slightly tweaked...again. Bluey's fingerless gloves are actually depicted in the in-game sprites now (something I meant to do earlier but got lazy to do), his shoes are slightly smaller and he is now a pixel taller (growth spurt?) Minor stuff, really
-Neutral special deals considerably less damage (14%ish->10%) and knockback, and sends at a higher angle (45º->50º). Apparently it's finally no longer OK to have a charged projectile that stuns and kills even though this character has been around for 4 years

-I screwed up the shading on the new alts 💀

-Added Lesser Cash Cow, Flame Blue, Pink(y) and Metal(please bring back the gold shine) alts.

-Restored aerial horizontal down special's input. Now it inflicts pratfall ONLY if Bluey whiffs the move. (I had only commented it out in the code foreseeing I'd have to bring it back eventually LOL)
-Burst hitbox in charged down special is slightly stronger.
