minor fix for the new items mentioned in last change.

Fixed: increasing health (with driftwood by default) now works again and also for worlds with caves/as client.

Added a few more options for the item to increase health in modsettings: nightmareful, thulecite, moon shard, kelp, purple gem.

fixed crash caused by stacking anchor (devs moved some anchor code to a new component, so some functions I used did not exist anymore)

- changed loading order to be really compatible to all listed boat mods in description.
- added setting to disable steeringwheel stacking effect. This is only of interest for you, if you want to use the bot tweaker mod (version 1.0.2 and onwards). With the bot tweaker mod you can change the effectivness of the boatstuff in settings and dont need stacking, or only half amount of stacks and so on.

now compatible to large boats and boats armor plus mod! :)
