Corrected destructable mesh for Bossonian CW Spiral Stairs

This release introduces Spiral Stairs to the Arena Pier mod! Stairs come in clockwise and counter-clockwise spiral. These are designed so that when stacked they will fit within a 4 square box or 6 wedge hex tower. With proper management of stability you can build to an almost unlimited height within a tight space.

Placement can be a little trick as the ghost wants to snap at 90 degrees to the likely orientation you want. A touch of the mouse wheel should align properly.
