Update - AUG Guns 0.6

-Updated stuff that was outdated
-I can actually update my mods now woooo!

-Removed HE Coilgun Ammo because devs stole it
-Added Taser Coilgun Ammo
-Added Makeshift Coilgun Ammo
-Rebalanced Uranium Coilgun Ammo
-Rebalanced Barbed Coilgun Ammo
-Added the long-awaited Machinegun Ammo Shelf. (PS Machinegun Ammo can also be stored Coilgun Shelves now)
