Updated for 1.11 - I just removed part of the script to allow the player to release nations freely again - you can release Silesia as Germany, Transylvania as Romania and Kurdistan as Turkey - no limits.

Please. Fix this Paradox - allow the players to release the nations through the UI again.

Paradox gone further into insanity and implemented the same kind of mechanics to Italy, Yugoslavia, Turkey and France...
With the newest update they should be able to release nations freely.

- Turkey, Yugoslavia, France and other nations that can't release countries since the 1.10 patch can now do so.

Update for the newest 1.9.1 beta

Added a fix for POUM that allows Independent Communist Spain to release other countries.

The previous version shown version incompatibility, but no files were changed. It will work with both 1.9 and 1.9.1 beta.
