Minor nodegraph fixes.

Sorry for the delay.

- Added nodegraph and navmesh
- Simplified areaportals at rocket exhaust tunnels
- Fixed lighting glitch in mountain tunnel, somehow
- Fixed missing texture on magnetic orb particles
- Fixed some instances of floating trees
- Updated addon to new workshop format
- Merged map and content into single addon
