Put back in the M249 suppressor at popular request.

Replaced a bunch of distant sounds for more realistic ones, especially the M40A1 (sounded like a .50 cal going off) and the Mosin (sounded too weak). Both of the new sounds for those guns are much more satisfying now

Re-did AR suppressors with much better audio (M16A4, M4A1, MK18, AC556). Threw out the suppressor sound for the M249 (I didn’t like it as much as I thought I would).
