Fixed compatibility error with No Container Blocking

Mod. received support for QLC connection between caves and surface world. Now it requires a GemCore API, which will be installed automatically (but not for a dedicated server - see side note). After updating a mod. all old QLC-pairs will be automatically destroyed with further ingredients & loot drop because of incompatibility. After destroying Set Piece and restart of the World there's will be no need in the recipe to build QLC.
