From Fire Emblem: The Blazing Blade, the Black Fang is playable in Civilization V. An extremely-skilled group of assassins, the Black Fang excels in covert opertations and striking fear into the hearts of their opponents. Requires Gods & Kings.

The Black Fang is led by 3 leaders, all with varying strengths: Lloyd/Linus, Ursula and Nino!

Lloyd and Linus Reed
UA:
In the Name of the Fang (Spies start out as Agents. When entering a major war, all infantry units receive a vast bonus to sight and a slight boost to movement.)

UU: Fang Assassin (Replaces the Musketman. Has superior sight over most infantry units. Has the ability to perform a ranged attack -- with one-range -- as well as a melee attack.)

UB: Fang's League (Replaces the Constabulary. When a Spy is performing counter-intelligence in a city with the Fang's League, the city receives +20% Production.)

Ursula
UA:
Softly with Grace (Receive Spies in the Classical and Medieval Era. Each Spy placed in an enemy capital awards you with +1 Delegate, while the enemy loses 1 Delegate.)

UU: Fang Valkyrie (Replaces the Cavalry. A ranged mounted unit with superior range compared to most ranged units. Provides adjacent units with a healing bonus.

UB: Fang's League (Replaces the Constabulary. When a Spy is performing counter-intelligence in a city with the Fang's League, the city receives +20% Production.)

Nino
UA:
Let's Do Our Best! (Starting from the Medieval Era, receive a boost to your Tourism with each passing era. Each Declaration of Friendship boosts the length of Golden Ages by 10%. Receive Golden Age points whenever your population grows.

UU: Fang Assassin (Replaces the Musketman. Has superior sight over most infantry units. Has the ability to perform a ranged attack -- with one-range -- as well as a melee attack.

UI: Fang Refuge (A unique improvement available at Acoustics. May only be built on Grasslands terrain, or tiles adjacent to a river. +1 Food and +1 Culture, though if it's adjacent to a river, receives an additional +1 Culture. At Radio, the Refuge is boosted by +2 Gold, +1 Food and +1 Culture.

Lloyd and Linus, fitting to the nature of their organization, are quite neutral and hardly chatty at all. At the same time, they're likely to be the most aggressive should they find an opportunity to strike. The Reed Brothers are honorable despite this, so if you can keep out of their wrath, you shouldn't find yourself getting backstabbed.

Conversely, Ursula is simply cold-hearted and deceptive. While she isn't as bold as the Reed Brothers, she'll still backstab to get a significant upperhand. Come the World Congress, she'll try to the best of her ability to rise to the top and weed out any competition.

Nino just wants to be friends with everyone. She doesn't have a violent bone in her body, loathing warmongers and being incredibly friendly to most people she meets. If you find yourself getting invaded by Nino, you've probably wronged her permanently.
